Online Form Filling Schedule
Online form filling will be conducted from 1st December, 2025 (12.00 noon) to 20th December, 2025 (up to 12.00 noon).
Classes Open for Admission
Online applications will be accepted only for Nursery and Junior K.G. for the Academic Year 2026 – 2027.

Nursery: For children born between 1st July, 2022 and 31st December, 2023

Junior K.G.: For children born between 1st July, 2021 and 31st December, 2022
Note: As this is a Co-Ed School, applications will be accepted for both boys and girls.
Documents Required While Filling the Online Form
Please keep the following ready before you begin filling the form:

A valid Gmail ID – This is required to receive a copy of the submitted form and for all future correspondence.
(Forms can be filled only through Google Forms.) -
Scanned Passport Size Photograph of the child (JPG format only; Red, Blue, or White background)

Postcard Size Family Photograph – Father, Mother, and the Child seeking admission (JPG format only; Red, Blue, or White background)

Child’s Birth Certificate

Caste Certificate of the parents and the child (if applicable)

Aadhaar Card of both parents and the child

All documents must be accurate and complete.

Forms with missing, incorrect, or improper documents will be rejected.

Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
The link to fill the form will be activated on 1st December, 2025 at 12.00 noon on this website.
Please note there is ample time provided to complete the process. Kindly avoid rushing to fill the form on the first day.
After Submission

A copy of your filled form will be emailed to your registered Gmail address.
