Vianney Day Celebration

St. John Marie Vianney Day is celebrated every year on the 4th of August. As patrons of our priest, the Sacred Heart School family gathered together on Saturday, 3rd August, to pay tribute to all the priests, including our manager, Rev.Father Vincent D'mello, and assistant priest, Rev. Father Hendry Sequeira.
Secondary , primary and KG staff members offered a prayer service and sang songs during the event. The joyful occasion continued with the cutting of a cake and singing a feast day song.
Secondary teacher Mrs Celine Dcosta shared her thoughts, offering inspiring and humorous talks about the priests and presenting them with greeting cards. Rev.Father Vincent and Rev. Father Hendry shared their thoughts about their journey as priests and their strong faith in Christ, which is a pillar of their upbringing. The event was planned and executed under the supervision of teacher Janet Rodrigues from KG, Primary Teacher Kebrina Gonsalves and Secondary Sir Nixon Pereira who concluded it with a vote of thanks.
